New diswasher (stainless), high-end refrigerator and range hood, range is old but much more poweful than newer models and functions well. Southwest facing, very bright with lots of lights coming in and never feels hot in the summer, big tree that blocks off the afternoon sun from all three window & balcony door. Because of the big tree in front of the building, all rooms have privacy. Hydro bills are less than $30. Balcony was partly rebuilt around March/2006 and is in like new condition.
Lights in dining room can be adjusted using the sliding control. Germany made laminate floor throughout except bathroom, underlay is top of the line, Strata council approved installation in June/2005. Strata council will not approve any more hardwood floor installations in this building. Good neighbours, very nice people living here.
